Group Classes in Meaford
Spirit Ridge, founded by Beth Rutty, is located off Grey Road 7, on Old Mail Road. Josi shares MIM (modified intentional movement) classes, and further group & private connections. They are excited to support fostering an inclusive community space.
Current Offerings:
MIM Fall Series: on Tuesdays 9-10:15am, Sept 24-Nov 26.
TWO for TWO treatments with Beth & Josi: Sunday Nov. 17 & Dec. 8: 2-3pm, 4-5pm, or 6-7pm.
Private MIM sessions are bookable with Josi at $120.

Details on Two for Two:
TWO treatments in one special experience...side-by-side. In a one hour treatment, you will be laying on TWO massages tables, and will receive a half hour each of Beth and Josi’s undivided attention ...then, they switch, and your treatment continues. Beth shares a unique blend of her various treatment modalities, dependent on what’s needing support that day, from Thai Yoga Massage, Reflexology, and Reiki. Josi shares subtle energy medicine, with Reiki and Ancestral support. This two-o combined, have well over 40 years of experience in supporting people’s wellbeing, from the most physical into the depths of spirit.
Choose from these limited timeslots: Sunday Nov. 17 & Sunday Dec. 08: 2-3pm, 4-5pm, and 6-7pm. Investment for the two of you combined: $250 (tax in)
