Commissions

Thank you for your interest in a custom piece. As a medium and artist, it is a wondrous process to connect with your beloved ancestors, guides, and guardians, and to explore with you what is seen, accessed, and wishes to step through onto the canvas. Here, I wish to introduce you to the process and steps of a commission, as best as I can, so you are understanding of the time and commitment that a personalized piece entails. You are more than welcome to reach out via my email to coordinate an initial conversation, where you can share your thoughts and desires for this special custom work of art.

The Initial Process

From agreement to initial concept, be it an ancestral portrait, a guardianship painting, or a custom divination piece, we first can connect to discuss what you are interested in, and where I can share with you what is seen, accessed, and granted permission to paint.

Once we have first communicated on the initial agreed-upon concept, a non-refundable sitting fee is made to schedule the ceremonial sitting. This is coordinated with Josi via Zoom, where they connect with you, and your spiritual caregivers, and start the sketching process. Josi will share any initial ancestors or guardians that are coming through in this sacred process, who wish to be painted and to share their energy with you in this way on canvas.

Once the sitting is complete, Josi will share some options for the size of piece, and the final quotation for the full painting will be submitted via the Commission Agreement, the contract that stipulates the full estimate, payment plan, as well as all other pertinent details to commence the painting of your personal piece.

The Commission Agreement

The Commission Agreement is the contract signed by both Josi and you, and shares all of the terms regarding the endeavour of creating a personalized divination painting with Josi, and Spirit.

It will highlight the terms and agreements for a commissioned painting, as well as the payment structure, which usually stipulates a payment to be made upon contract signing to commence the painting of your custom piece, as well as a payment due once painting is complete, and ready to ship. An estimate of the weeks required to complete the project are shared, as well as the shipping fees to your destination, but these may be subject to change, depending on the time the painting is ready to ship, and any world shipping circumstances. All customs duties, VAT, or import taxes required by your country, are your own responsibility.

Please note that the non-refundable sitting fee is not part of the painting estimate. This way, you may choose to simply receive the sketches from the ceremonial sitting experience, and not proceed with the full painting commission.

Get painted with your guides, guardians, ancestors, etc. Let us bring your vision to life! Bring their energy into your home, be it you painted with a dragon, your animals, your spiritual helpers, we are open to see what is shared through. These can range in size, according to what’s wishing to be portrayed. Connect with Josi to share with her your vision, and Josi will share their initial ideas and what they may be connecting with. Josi will quote your custom piece, depending on size of canvas, number of spirits to connect with, and intricacy of design.

Shipping Details

All art is available to ship worldwide, as long as your country receives shipping from a reputable international carrier. Your custom art piece is securely packaged to ensure the most stable way to ship your artwork. Josi shares photos of the intact and completed painting being packaged and shipped, plus you receive tracking details. If your art piece is damaged, Josi can offer a high-quality print of your custom piece as conciliation, but a replication painting will not be exact, and an additional fee will be required to paint a replacement.
