Home is a loving, and supportive energy, that can be very grounding and comforting for our being. Home is cultivated in a space, be that space be your Body, or the House you live in. Home is not an individual experience, is it? It’s a dynamic, breathing organism, with multiple energies – humans, plant, animal, Earth… and it shares many teachings of what's needed to coexist.
Welcome, welcome to my Home online.
Here is the welcome mat, where you can choose to step in for a brief visit, or to stay a while. So what would the welcome mat say?
take some space. breathe.
welcome home
Welcoming You!
I'm Josi
Josi mediates connections with the Ancestors and the Elements to support your life journey. Their 35 years of meditation practice has supported them in opening to their gifts, as well as maintaining trusted connections with their Ancestral counsel, guidance team, and medicine keepers. Josi has traveled and lived in many places, and wherever they go, they share of these Ancestral connections to support us affirming our inherent connection with our bodies, earth, and each other. With gratitude to the Earth, the trees, the animals, and our ecosystems of living support, they look forward to connecting with you, be it in Meaford, Ontario, and it's surrounding areas, or online.
Community is how we can move forwards, gathering to support each other, in different ways, weaving our unique gifts and capacities. We learn of compromise, collaboration, patience, conflict, and care. Constant learning ground, amidst us feeling capable to speak, move, and interact with each other, be it that we live close by, or afar.
Online, I share free resources (meditations, further practices and study) on my Youtube library. On the community page, I share a calendar of events within Meaford, or it's surrounding areas, that I am participating in.
It is with great honour and respect that I reside on the lands found in the Territory of the Anishinabek Nation: The People of the Three Fires known as Ojibway, Odawa, and Pottawatomie Nations. Giving deep gratitude to the Chippewas of Saugeen, and the Chippewas of Nawash, known collectively as the Saugeen Ojibway Nation, as the traditional keepers of this land. Also much love to the many Metis that have tended to these lands, and I continue to care for the soil, the waters, and the many diverse ecosystems found here.
